Ikole Hospital Upgrading: Adeyemo ,Youths Throw Support For BAO




The executive Chairman Ikole-West Local Council Development Area, Hon. Mosunmola Adeyemo and her team have passed vote of confidence on the State Governor, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for his various strides at bringing development to all nooks and crannies of the state.

The local government boss with a promise that the Governor should be supported for a second term in office.




Making the call at Ikole during the signing of the MoU at upgrading the state hospital to Federal Medical Centre by Minister of State for health and social welfare, Dr. Tunji Alausa and Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on behalf of Ekiti state government.

Adeyemo informed that with the signing of the upgrading MoU, Ikole Ekiti and Ekiti state have gained another giant strides in health and human development globally.



According to the council boss, the decision was unanimously taken with the Youths of council area during a rally to support  the Governor, while reviewing that the Governor’s performances spur the endorsement for a second term in office.

The rally, which was attended by a large numbers of the youth in the council area decided for the endorsement of the Governor for a second term in office. 

The Chairman posits that the council resolved that the Governor should be given the grace to continue in office beyond 2026 based on his outstanding performances.



She acknowledges that, the Governor has well formulated policies that brought succour to Ekiti people in general.

Adeyemo expresses her backing for Governor Oyebanji,  called on party members and the good people of the council to brace up for the tasks ahead by supporting BAO in future election. 

The council boss was grateful to the entire youths for their great supports to the current administration in the state and the council area. Urges them that youths stand to gain a lot of development and progress supporting the present administration in the state.
